By using On Leash’s platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Role of On Leash

On Leash operates as a subscription-based platform designed to connect dog owners with pet care professionals. The platform facilitates matchmaking services, but On Leash does not provide direct pet care services or guarantee the quality of services offered by pet care professionals.

2. Responsibilities of Users

• Dog Owners:
  Dog owners are responsible for directly communicating with pet care professionals to establish terms for services, including but not limited to scheduling, payment, waivers, and insurance requirements.

• Pet Care Professionals:
  Professionals must ensure they have the proper credentials, including valid pet first aid certification and professional liability insurance, where applicable.

3. Service Agreements

All service agreements are made directly between dog owners and pet care professionals. This includes terms regarding:

• Payment methods and amounts.

• Cancellation and refund policies.

• Service-specific requirements (e.g., duration, activities, and safety precautions).
  On Leash is not liable for any disputes, damages, or breaches of agreement arising from these arrangements.

4. Community Standards

On Leash is committed to fostering a positive, collaborative community. Any disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive behavior may result in the suspension or termination of your membership. We aim to create an inclusive space for pet parents and professionals to connect, collaborate, and grow.

5. Cancellation Policies

• Membership Subscriptions:
  Memberships can be canceled at any time. However, payments made for the current billing period are non-refundable.

• Service Cancellations:
  Cancellation policies for pet care services are determined by individual professionals and should be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

6. Liability Disclaimer

On Leash acts solely as a platform for connecting users and does not assume liability for any incidents, injuries, or disputes that occur during or as a result of services exchanged through the platform. Users engage in transactions and interactions at their own risk.

7. Modification of Terms

On Leash reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
