Welcome to On Leash! By registering as a dog owner member or pet care professional member, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Matchmaking Service: On Leash provides a platform to connect dog owners with pet care professionals offering services such as dog walking, pet sitting, hikes, and boarding. On Leash acts solely as a matchmaking service and is not responsible for the execution or outcome of the services exchanged between parties. Independent Agreements: It is the responsibility of both parties (dog owners and pet care professionals) to independently agree upon all terms of service, including but not limited to: Service fees and payment schedules, liability waivers or service agreements, insurance coverage (including professional liability or pet insurance), proof of valid pet first aid certification where applicable, local tax obligations and compliance with applicable laws. Responsibility for Services: Pet care professionals are solely responsible for delivering services as agreed with dog owners. Dog owners are responsible for ensuring accurate and truthful communication about their pet’s needs, behaviors, and requirements. Liability: On Leash is not liable for any disputes, damages, injuries, or losses that may arise from interactions, agreements, or services exchanged between dog owners and pet care professionals. Code of Conduct: Both parties are expected to communicate respectfully and act in good faith to maintain a positive and trustworthy community. On Leash is committed to fostering a collaborative environment focused on community, not competition. Registration Cancellation: On Leash reserves the right to cancel or suspend any registration if a user is found to be behaving disrespectfully, engaging in harmful practices, or acting contrary to the purpose of creating a supportive community. Disputes: Any disputes between parties must be resolved directly between the dog owner and the pet care professional. On Leash will not mediate or involve itself in such matters. By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
