With On Leash, booking is simple and convenient through our user-friendly software. You can easily request services for our team to review, add specific instructions or walker preferences, and reschedule or cancel bookings with ease. The platform also includes a messaging feature, allowing you to contact us directly or chat with your dog’s walkers for updates and questions. After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed report card, including updates on potty breaks, water, and food, along with photos and videos capturing your pup’s adventures. We make it easy to stay connected and ensure every outing is a tail-wagging success!
We offer a meet-and-greet service for you and your pup to meet the dog walker beforehand, available for a small fee. While not mandatory for super friendly dogs, we highly recommend it for anxious or reactive pups to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. This introduction helps build trust and creates a smoother experience for both your dog and their walker.
Cancellations are free if made at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, we charge 50% of the fee to compensate our dog walkers for the inconvenience and their reserved time. This policy helps us ensure fairness for our dedicated team.
